Easy Oven Baked Chicken Thighs covered with a honey Dijon glaze!!!

This recipe is so easy and very delicious! Everyone in your family will eat it up, including the kids!! The touch of honey is what adds to this dish in my opinion! This dish is definitely comfort food and so good for the heart and soul!

Ingredients:

2 pounds bone in chicken thighs with skin

3 tbsp olive oil

3 tbsp Dijon mustard (gluten free/paleo)

1/4 cup raw unfiltered honey

6 cloves garlic minced

2 tsp red pepper flakes and paprika blend

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F

2. Place chicken thighs in 9×13 glass baking dish.

3. Salt and pepper each side

4. Whisk together olive oil, mustard, honey, garlic and paprika blend

5. Pour over each side of chicken thighs using basting brush to coat well. You will want to turn thighs with skin facing up.

6. Place in oven on middle rack and bake 35-40 minutes or until internal temperature is 165 degrees

7. When finished, cover with aluminum foil and let set for 10 minutes
