Quick Snack: Non dairy yogurt parfait!!!😋

When those afternoon munchies hit and you need something fast, try this coconut yogurt parfait. Coconut yogurt is an amazing alternative to regular yogurt. You can use unsweetened Greek yogurt if you have no issues with dairy and Greek yogurt is packed full of protein!

RECIPE:

1/2 cup coconut yogurt

2 tbsp unsweetened coconut flakes

2 tbsp dried unsweetened cranberries

2 tbsp slivered RAW almonds

1 tbsp stevia sweetened dark chocolate chips

1 teaspoon coconut sugar

Spoon yogurt into small bowl. Add all ingredients and mix well. Enjoy!!

NOTE: The choices of toppings are endless. You can use fresh fruit, different dried fruits and different nuts! It’s all up to you! One thing is for sure! IT IS TOTALLY AWESOME FOR THE HEART AND SOUL!!!
