Joy In A Cup!!!!

Joy in a Cup!!! If you love coffee, and I don’t mean like the coffee my husband drinks- black!! I mean if you like your coffee foo-foo like me, it does not have to be LOADED with sugar and a ton of other unhealthy additives that are barely pronounceable. This cup of coffee is non dairy actually…why non dairy??? Because dairy is an inflammatory agent!! Stopped up nose, swollen fingers, puffy face etc…What do you put in your coffee??

How to:

Recipe:

  1. Coffee of course- I use LifeBoost low acid coffee- strong/bold brew
  2. 1 teaspoon coconut sugar (you can use raw sugar, maple sugar or even one of the Keto syrups- yum, but please do not use refined white sugar- so bad for you)
  3. Here is the secret!! I use a non dairy creamer called “Leaner Creamer” it is a coconut based powdered creamer that is actually really really good and has MCT oil in it. Non GMO Non dairy and I only use 1 heaping teaspoon. You could use half n half of you do not need to do non dairy BUT please do not use all the flavored non dairy creamers that have 0 real ingredients!
  4. Coconut whipped cream – just a swirl!
  5. Cinnamon on top!

There you have it!!! That’s all it is to it and it is so good for the heart and soul!!💕💕💕💕💕
