Recipe:
- Coffee of course- I use LifeBoost low acid coffee- strong/bold brew
- 1 teaspoon coconut sugar (you can use raw sugar, maple sugar or even one of the Keto syrups- yum, but please do not use refined white sugar- so bad for you)
- Here is the secret!! I use a non dairy creamer called “Leaner Creamer” it is a coconut based powdered creamer that is actually really really good and has MCT oil in it. Non GMO Non dairy and I only use 1 heaping teaspoon. You could use half n half of you do not need to do non dairy BUT please do not use all the flavored non dairy creamers that have 0 real ingredients!
- Coconut whipped cream – just a swirl!
- Cinnamon on top!
