Paleo Chocolate Chip Banana Muffins!! Grain free/Gluten Free

Chocolate Chip Banana Muffins: A perfect fall treat!!

It is awesome when you find a great recipe for sweet treats! However if you find one that is healthy with wholesome ingredients that’s makes it even better!!!

Ingredients:

3 large eggs

2 overripe bananas

1/2 cup tahini

1/3 cup maple syrup

2 tsp pure vanilla extract

1 1/4 cups almond flour

1/3 cup flaxseed meal

1 tsp roasted cinnamon

1 tsp baking soda

1/4 tsp fine sea salt

3/4 cup stevia sweetened chocolate chips

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350

2. Line muffin pan with 12 liners

3. Mix together eggs, mashed bananas, tahini, maple syrup, and vanilla in large bowl.

4. In a separate bowl, combine flour, flaxseed meal, cinnamon, baking soda, and salt.

5. Stir both mixtures together until well combined. Then fold in chocolate chips

6. Fill each lined muffin pan almost full. You will probably have to use a spoon for this.

7. Bake 20 minutes. Check with toothpick. If it comes out clean then muffins are done.

8. Remove from pan and allow to cool completely on cooling rack

9. Muffins can be stored at room temperature one day and then in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
